Cleanse first with our honey cleanser or oil cleanser. Pat skin until just damp—don't dry completely.

Warm 2-3 drops between your fingers. The oil should feel comfortable and warm before application.

Press into damp skin morning and night. Don't rub—press gently to allow the oil to penetrate. Focus on areas of inflammation, redness, or barrier damage.

For cystic acne or active inflammation apply directly to the spot and let it absorb. The anti-inflammatory compounds work best when concentrated on problem areas.

Layer if needed with a tallow balm or cream on top. The oil penetrates deeply while the balm seals moisture in from above.
